Since its founding in 2010, FFAC has educated tens of thousands of people across North America. Thanks to a groundswell of public support, we have grown from a local all-volunteer effort to a national organization.
Our presentations raise awareness about the impacts of animal agriculture, and empower students to take action through their daily food choices. More than 88% of audience members pledge to reduce or eliminate their consumption of animal products after viewing our presentation.
You can help educate and empower people across the county by supporting our grassroots education.
If you would prefer to become a regular supporter, consider giving a monthly donation instead.

Katie Cantrell commented on What's the Beef with Free-Range Beef? 2015-12-28 10:05:21 -0800Ann, thank you for your comment. It is true that with a certain number of animals in a certain type of ecosystem, free-range cattle can be beneficial for soil quality.
However, it is also true that there are currently an unsustainable number of cattle on public rangelands in the west, destroying habitat and degrading ecosystems.
We highly recommend you read the following reports on the damage caused by cattle over-grazing:
Katie's Year-End Fundraising Campaign
I founded FFAC in 2010 in order to unite people concerned with animals, the environment, public health, and social justice behind the shared goal of ending factory farming.
Since then, I have given over 200 presentations on factory farming to venues such as Yale, Stanford, and the Natural Resources Defense Council. More importantly, our materials have empowered dozens of people across the country to educate thousands of people in their own communities about the power of our food choices.
Help us grow our work by contributing to our year-end fundraising campaign. All donations will be TRIPLED!
