Are you interested in combating climate change? Do you want to build professional skills to advocate for social justice?
The Factory Farming Awareness Coalition Salt Lake City internship program is for college students interested in educating the public about the impacts of our food choices. Through administrative work, mentorship and hands-on experiences, interns gain valuable tools to become compassionate leaders.
Students who are selected can choose from a variety of tasks based on personal interest including:
Being trained as a speaker and giving presentations regarding factory farming
Handing out plant-based foods at their college/community events
Promoting Green Mondays at their college/community
Tabling to raise awareness about factory farming
Mentoring teens and developing workshops for the high school intern program
